Once you have created your TraceGains Network Account and Supplier Group, you will have access to the TraceGains Learning Center and Interactive Help.
TraceGains Learning Center
Composed of the Knowledge Base, Support Center, and Learning Academy, you will have your questions answered. We provide training videos, articles, and release notes to help you through every step of the way.
Use the Learning Academy to enroll in online, self-paced courses to help you become a TraceGains Customer Management Super User. Use the courses to train up your staff, complete yearly recurrent training (since TraceGains is continually being improved), or train your trainers.
Interactive Help guides you through your task, so you don’t have to navigate to a different page or email someone for help. Find the task you’re attempting to complete, and the Interactive Help will guide you through completion of that task!
