Gary Nowacki is the CEO of TraceGains, which was launched in 2008. Prior to TraceGains, Gary spent 13 years in a variety of software industry executive positions in the ERP (enterprise resource planning), supply chain management, and quality space for food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, and other process industries. Gary has also held management and individual contributor positions in programming, implementation services, and sales in the ERP software business. Gary’s prior work experience includes serving in senior management roles at CDC Software—Ross Systems, a leading ERP supplier to the food industry.

As TraceGains CTO, A.J. Dolan directs engineering operations and system architecture for the company. In this role since day one, he has helped develop numerous patents and solutions used throughout the global food supply chain. He has over 24 years of IT leadership and experience, including developing mission-critical applications used in surgical environments, pioneering spatial database technology and geographical information systems for CATV network design, and creating many K-12 student information and testing systems used in several states.

Jennifer Van Meter is the head of the Finance and Administration departments, an officer of the company, and has been with TraceGains since the beginning. Her responsibilities range in various areas such as corporate finance, administration, and operations of the organization. Prior to joining the company, she gained finance experience in the mortgage, IT, and publications industries. She holds a Masters of Accounting from the University of Colorado and is also a CPA.

Mike Hubbard is TraceGains' Senior Vice President of Revenue. Mike previously served as Vice President of Sales, where he was responsible for leading the North American sales team. Mike brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience to TraceGains and has a proven record of helping software companies build high performing revenue engines. During his career, Mike has held executive leadership positions at GT Nexus, PTC, and Infor. Prior to joining the corporate world, Mike served as Captain in the Army with six years of active duty, including serving in Desert Storm. At TraceGains, Mike oversees all sales and marketing functions for the business to help the company achieve growth targets. Mike earned his B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy.

From his diversity of experience across products and markets—from innovative start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, and from consumer to enterprise SaaS—Greg has a broad strategic perspective and ability to apply innovative product solutions to realize real customer value.

Marc Simony excels at general, corporate, competitive, and product strategies, and has led multiple departments at TraceGains. As head of product strategy his current focus is on accelerating revenue growth through next-generation products that generate defensible Blue Oceans. Marc holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of New Hampshire, has earned an MBA with Distinction in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, has furthered his strategic acumen with executive education from Chicago Booth and Northwestern Kellogg, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. His proudest achievement is washed rind cheese gluttony.

Mr. Ross is a Founder and General Partner of Kinetic Capital Partners in Vancouver, BC whose equity capital and strategic attention is focused on controlling positions in several private companies in the US with substantial value creation underway. Mr. Ross is Chair of the Board or is the Senior Director of these controlled private companies and is involved in determining strategic direction, monitoring value creation, assessing management effectiveness, controlling compensation metrics and overseeing financial matters. Mr. Ross also serves on several public company boards. He is the Chair of Rogers Sugar and of Lantic and Chair of their Strategic and Compensation Committees; a Director and the CFO of Westshore Terminals; a Director of Just Energy and Chair of its Strategic and Compensation Committees; and a Director of Canfor Corporation. Previously he became a Director of Catalyst Paper to assist with its financial restructuring; was a Director of Futureshop.com and a key member of the Board of Crofton House School during its substantial campus rebuild. Prior to Kinetic Capital Partners, Mr. Ross was Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions and Managing Director Investment Banking in Toronto and Vancouver with ScotiaMcLeod.
