CEO

Gary Nowacki is the CEO of TraceGains, which was launched in 2008. Prior to TraceGains, Gary spent 13 years in a variety of software industry executive positions in the ERP (enterprise resource planning), supply chain management, and quality space for food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, and other process industries. Gary has also held management and individual contributor positions in programming, implementation services, and sales in the ERP software business. Gary’s prior work experience includes serving in senior management roles at CDC Software – Ross Systems, a leading ERP supplier to the food industry.

A.J. Dolan

CTO

As TraceGains CTO, A.J. Dolan has been directing engineering operations and system architecture for the company since day one, helping the company develop numerous patents and solutions used throughout the global food supply chain. He has over 24 years of IT leadership and experience, including developing mission-critical applications used in surgical environments, pioneering spatial database technology and geographical information systems for CATV network design, and creating many K-12 student information and testing systems in use by several states.

Skye Lininger

President of Dietary Supplements

Dr. Skye Lininger is the President of Dietary Supplements for TraceGains, Inc. Prior to his company being acquired by TraceGains, he was the co-founder and CEO of Healthnotes, Inc., the creators of Vitature. He has more than 20 years’ experience bringing software to market in the dietary supplement industry. Dr. Lininger practiced as a chiropractor for ten years and holds an MBA from the University of Oregon. He has served as Board Chair for both Bastyr University and Western States Chiropractic College; he is a former member of the Executive Committee of Portland Center Stage, and currently serves on the board of Pulse Health, an innovative medical device company.

Jennifer Van Meter

VP of Finance & Administration

Jennifer Van Meter is the head of the Finance and Administration departments, an officer of the company, and has been with TraceGains since the beginning. Her responsibilities range in various areas such as corporate finance, administration, and operations of the organization. Prior to joining the company, she gained finance experience in the mortgage, IT, and publications industries. She holds a Masters of Accounting from the University of Colorado and is also a CPA.

Mike Hubbard

VP of Sales

Mike Hubbard is TraceGains Vice President of Sales. Mike brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience to TraceGains and has a proven record of helping software companies build high performance sales teams to accelerate growth. During his career, Mike has worked for market-leading companies including GT Nexus (cloud-based supply chain network connecting customers with suppliers), PTC (leader in PLM and IOT software), and Infor (large multi-product B2B software company). At TraceGains, Mike is responsible for driving business development strategies and sales execution to help the company achieve its next level of growth. Mike earned his B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy.

Annie Wissner

VP of Marketing

With 20-plus years in B2B technology marketing, and proven success in start-up and enterprise environments as well as domestic and international markets, Annie is thrilled to lead marketing for TraceGains. As a high-energy leader, with strong project management skills, Annie holds herself and her team accountable for delivering results that impact the bottom line. Recognized for building strong brands using integrated marketing methodologies, Annie is at the forefront as the lines between marketing, sales and IT disappear and marketing owns more of the lead process and technology decisions for the business.

With more than two decades of experience, serving technology companies in service, product, sales and marketing functions, as well as building customer success services in companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune 500s, Walters brings a wealth of knowledge and industry know-how that will help accelerate and optimize the Customer Success team at TraceGains. At the core of Walters’ professional acumen stands authentic dedication and passion for helping customers.

Greg Heartman

VP of Product Management

Greg is a strategic product leader with over 20 years experience in technology and digital media. He joins Tracegains from Healthnotes, Inc. where he led all aspects of Product Lifecycle – strategic direction, development, go-to-market, and customer success. His diversity of experience across products and markets – from innovative start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, from consumer to enterprise SaaS – gives him a broad strategic perspective and ability to apply innovative product solutions to realize real customer value.

Marc Simony

VP of TraceGains Network

Marc is a holistic brand thinker. He joined TraceGains in the spring of 2008 as head of marketing, where he continuously searched out best practices, stayed atop new market and marketing developments, and relished in devising corporate and competitive strategies that unhinge the competition. That expertise led him to the position of VP of TraceGains Network. Marc graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Communication from the University of New Hampshire, and has earned an MBA with distinction in Global Management from The Thunderbird School of Global Management. He writes a strategic marketing blog, still listens to vinyl, and cooks Southeast Asian dishes on weekends.

Partner and Founder, Kinetic Capital Partners

Mr. Ross is a partner and founder of Kinetic Capital Partners. Mr. Ross was previously Managing Director, Investment Banking and, prior to that, Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions with ScotiaMcLeod Inc. where he started in 1985. Most of his investment banking career was spent in Toronto. He played an integral role in transactions such as the $525 million takeover of B.C. Sugar and subsequent $415 million spin-out of Rogers Sugar undertaken for ONEX Corporation and Belkorp; the $704 million monetization of Westshore Terminals by Westar Group undertaken for The Jim Pattison Group; the FutureShop.com LP financing on behalf of Future Shop; the $3.2 billion restructuring of Cadillac Fairview on behalf of the Board of Directors; the $3.5 billion takeover of McLean Hunter for Rogers Communications; and the subsequent $100 million sale of McLean Hunter’s printing operations to GTC Transcontinental and Quebecor; the evaluation and acquisition of each of Royal Trust and National Trust for the Bank of Nova Scotia; the monetization of United Dominion Industries via exchangeable debentures on behalf of Canadian Pacific; the acquisition of Dominion Stores by Ravelston/Hollinger; acquisition of Hiram Walker Gooderman Worts, Gulf Canada Resources, Consumers Gas and Abitibi Price on behalf of Olympia & York; and the minority buyout of Marks & Spencer Canada on behalf of Marks & Spencer PLC, among many other transactions.
