As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to disrupt our everyday lives, everything from large annual conferences to small meetings have moved online. The new format offers opportunities—for reaching broader audiences, reducing the carbon footprint of meeting travel, and enabling a more customized experience.
It’s in this spirit of innovation that TraceGains is moving TGCon 2020, the 7th annual TraceGains user conference, online.
The theme for this year’s conference is Creating Connections. We’ve all experienced how much easier it is to work with people we know. TGCon is about connecting with peers, suppliers, experts, customers, and the TraceGains team to develop personal connections and stronger business relationships.
TGCon Live | Aug. 18-20, 2020
This year marks the first virtual TGCon Live event scheduled Aug. 18-20. The complimentary online event is for the entire TraceGains community: customers, suppliers, industry experts, and partners, from executives to end users and everyone in between. And, most sessions are available to the broader food & beverage, supplements, and CPG industries. The event is designed to give you the flexibility to select the sessions and times that work best for you.

TraceGains Community Awards 2020
Although we were unable to host an in-person awards ceremony this year, with a record number of submissions, we couldn’t let our community success go unrecognized. TraceGains Community Awards celebrate the boundless ingenuity of the people who are creating and refining best practices that reshape their businesses and, increasingly, their industries. The peer-driven awards program is open to any organization using TraceGains to streamline business processes, innovate faster, and achieve digital transformation.

Refunding Registration Fees
For members of the TraceGains community who registered for the original in-person paid conference in April, our event management solutions provider, Cvent, was instructed to proceed immediately with refunds. They informed us, not surprisingly, that their systems and people were overwhelmed with event cancellations. So while there was a delay, all refunds should not be completed; if not, please let us know so that we can provide your refund ASAP. To make things easier, registrations for the in-person event will transfer automatically to the new complimentary virtual event.
Save Your Spot For TGCon Live 2020
Make sure to save your spot for TGCon Live on Aug. 18-20, where the TraceGains community will gather online for industry-specific presentations, training, roundtables, networking, and more.
