As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to disrupt our everyday lives, everything from large industry events to small meetings have moved online. The new format offers a wealth of opportunities — for reaching broader audiences, reducing the carbon footprint of meeting travel, and enabling a more customized experience.
In this spirit of innovation, TraceGains moved TGCon 2020, the seventh annual TraceGains user conference, online.
The theme for this year’s conference was “Creating Connections.” We’ve all experienced how much easier it is to work with people we know. TGCon is about connecting with peers, suppliers, experts, customers, and the TraceGains team to develop personal connections and stronger business relationships.
TGCon Live | Hosted Aug. 18-20, 2020
This year marked the first virtual TGCon Live event, which took place Aug. 18-20. We designed this complimentary online event for the entire TraceGains community: customers, suppliers, industry experts, and partners, from executives to end-users and everyone in between. Most sessions were made available to the broader food and beverage, supplements, and CPG industries. The event offered attendees the flexibility to select the sessions and times that work best for them.
Hosted on Pathable, a leading digital event platform, the interactive conference featured a variety of live sessions, including:
Expert-led panel discussions.
Customer best practice sessions.
TraceGains Community Awards 2020
Although we couldn’t host an in-person awards ceremony this year, we couldn’t let our community successes go unrecognized with a record number of submissions. TraceGains Community Awards celebrate the boundless ingenuity of the people who are creating and refining best practices that reshape their businesses and, increasingly, their industries. The peer-driven awards program is open to any organization using TraceGains to streamline business processes, innovate faster, and achieve digital transformation.

Refunding Registration Fees
For members of the TraceGains community who registered for the original in-person paid conference in April, our event management solutions provider, Cvent, offered refunds. While there was a delay, all refunds are complete, and registrations for the in-person event were transferred automatically to the new complimentary virtual event.
