Gary-Iles-Headshot-SquareIn that spirit of change, we’re thrilled to announce Gary Iles has joined TraceGains as the company’s new Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, where he’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth over the next several years. Iles brings nearly 20 years of C-suite experience and ramping up revenue engines for start-ups and enterprise companies.

And TraceGains stands at the forefront of the movement to increase supply chain visibility and safety,” Iles said. “I couldn’t be more excited to join this motivated, growth-oriented team that’s redefining the food, beverage, and dietary supplement supply chain.”

A tech industry veteran, Iles is a proven leader with real-world experience driving marketing, sales, and product teams across multiple industries.

“Iles is passionate about strategy and excels at helping companies define new markets and categories,” TraceGains CEO Gary Nowacki explained.

Iles has worked with technology solution companies worldwide, most recently as Chief Revenue Officer at E2 Optics, a technology solution infrastructure provider.

A Boulder, Colorado, resident, Iles is also an outdoor enthusiast and holds a master’s degree in international business from the University of South Carolina’s prestigious Darla Moore School of Business.
